Keiro from The Hourglass

Firstly, I have to give credit to ObscureBeauty.Art (name of artist and their website are one in the same. Here is the link proper – https://ObscureBeauty.Art )
Keiro is a member of the Poras clan, a clan that trains their young men to be ready, if chosen, to seek out the Hourglass and destroy it. Keiro is the one chosen from his generation. A warrior, he has great pride in his heritage and their mighty task.
Oddly enough, Keiro dresses in what we would perceive as regular clothing when he arrives at Ripples in the Pond, the antiques shop that the six soon-to-be adventurers meet at before they are formally charged with their quest. Keiro is from a different, parallel world, called Altier. When we are introduced to him, and somewhere along the course of the story, he changes to different garb, more inline with Altier, nobility, and elegance.
Siru and Melas note that Keiro is a physical force to be reckoned with. Keiro, although strong, has a softness about him. Will he have what it takes to stand against the psychological tricks of the Hourglass?
Please enjoy this version of Keiro by ObscureBeauty.Art. I hope you are getting excited to read The Hourglass!

First, I must thank the artist, verdant (verdant.deviantart.com), for this their rendition of Keiro!
As mentioned in the previous portrait of Keiro’s unveiling, Keiro dresses different at multiple points in the story. At the beginning, when he is in Altier, home in Poras country, he is dressed similar to this portrait, but perhaps not as ornate. This portrait better reflects later in the book, when he and Adima (the last character I will reveal soon) infiltrate a castle. His appearance exudes royalty.
Most of the characters do indeed change over the course of the tale, and Keiro is no exception. He starts full of energy toward his goal of finding and destroying the Hourglass. Will his pride for his family rule supreme in his motivations? Or will he find new ones? Or will he fall?
The Hourglass is available in e-book, paperback, and hardcover on Amazon here! I hope all these character portraits have infused you with excitement to read The Hourglass! I will unveil Adima in the coming weeks, as well.
